Commenting Karma

As I am starting to really try and get my blog off the ground I have begun to wonder....Am I suffering from Comment Karma??? I read up to 20 different blogs during a daily/weekly period...if not more...but, I will admit, I rarely ever leave comments. I'm not entirely sure why not. On occasion I'll notice that thousands of other fans have already posted comments so I'll shy away and other times I don't know enough about the topic. But, I am here to say that I will start to "do unto others, as I wish to have done for me.!" I will begin spreading the comment love!

In other news, I wandered upon a fairly new group today that I'm really digging. If you haven't heard of Steel Magnolia check em out! They are a real life couple who sing country music with a pop flair. Very similar to groups like Lady Antebellum and Sugarland. Because they are so new you can currently purchase their self-titled album on itunes for 7.99! There are 12 cuts with a bonus acoustic version of "Without You". A couple of my favorite songs so far are "Bulletproof" and "Just By Being You".
Download and Enjoy!

Oh! and BTW...did anyone see Bev and Hap on Paula A's new dance show???? They were the sweetest old couple who tap danced to Black Eyed Peas and Flo-rida! They got red starred, but dang if I can have half as much spunk when I'm that age I'll be feeling good!

Until Then...

  2. I found your blog through the Daybook... and have enjoyed reading it :) The whole comment issue is kinda funny. You know people are reading your blog, but have no idea what they think about it right? People don't comment on mine much either, but I know the same people continue to read it.
SO, I am following you now, and will leave comments as more blogs are written...
You are honest in your writing and for me there's nothing better to hear about. People in their honest day to day life.
    Thanks for sharing
