MCP Project 52: Week 2

So, guess what????I was successful at posting my photo on Flikr for the MCP Project 52 Challenge! Well, I had missed week 1 (because I didn't know about the project yet) so my first post was during week 2. I ended up submitting one of the photos that I took while out and about in Shreveport with my folks! I added a lil flair to it but I really wanted to leave the pic as natural and free from editing as possible! So, I thought I'd share it with you guys too. It may not be much but that is the entire point of the challenge; to grow as an artist as the challenge progresses. That means in 52 weeks (it sounds so short doesn't it?) you should be able to see real growth in my work! With out further a do here it is...Week 2: Illustrate a Song. I chose "Hello World" by Lady Antebellum.

"Hello World, how ya been? It's good to see you my old friend"

"I see a light, a little grace, a little faith unfurled"

"Well, Hello World"

Until Then.....

  1. Love this pic, and this idea.

  2. The pic is pretty cool. Are you going to keep a flikr stream going on your site? I'll be curious to see the other pics.

  3. Ya know T. I should do that! I can't believe I didn't think of that! I'll get to work on that ASAP!
